CleverEVAC Dynamic RED X Exit sign can display a red cross with flashing corners, alerting those evacuating to seek an alternative exit. Using advanced lighting and printing technology, the red cross with flashing corners has been proven through the Fire Safety Engineering Group (FSEG) research to be intuitive and effective in demonstrating negative enforcement.
The Dynamic RED X mode is triggered either by a 24VDC or voltage free open/close signal from the fire detection or other building safety system. The Dynamic RED X sign also has the Dynamic GREEN mode built in, to accommodate different fire and evacuation scenarios. The use of the RED X must be designed and documented by a fire safety engineer.
